Our staff are fully trained to carry out Fire Risk Assessments, which are now required in almost all buildings (including residential common parts). Comprehensive experience across the property industry means that we are ideally placed to advise on, and if necessary manage, the implementation of preventative and protective measures necessary to comply with the new fire safety laws.
